As soon as you set foot inside, you’ll see the owners and hosts have taken time to present a property that’s a stylish and homely retreat. It’s ideal for a family, small group of friends, or work colleagues seeking superior quality serviced accommodation in Oxford.

As a second floor apartment, there are a couple of flights of stairs to climb to reach this beautiful property that benefits from big windows, skylights, and bright furnishings. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the lounge/dining area which gives guests a space in which you can relax on the sofa (which converts into a double bed) and watch the 49-inch smart TV. The dining table gives you somewhere to get some work done, gather for games, or to enjoy the snacks and meals you prepare in the separate kitchen.

And it’s a kitchen that’s as modern as the rest of the apartment, with appliances aplenty to help you self-cater during your stay. A washer/dryer will help ensure your clothes are clean, especially handy if you’re planning a long-term, work-related stay. Tea and coffee making facilities are included, so you can enjoy your favourte drinks just like at home.

BEDROOMS

At the end of each day of your stay, guests can look forward to sleeping in one of the two beautifully comfortable double bedrooms. Again, the standard of presentation is sky high, with the uplifting sun-yellow furnishings sure to brighten any day. There’s space to store your belongings in the built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers you’ll find in each of the bedrooms.

Please note that the beds can be arranged either as doubles or twins. The beds will be set-up in the following configuration as standard: Bedroom 1 - 1 x Double Bed, Bedroom 2 - 2 x Twin/Single/Beds (Can be set up as 1 x Kingsize Double Bed). Bedding and Linen for the Sofabed will only be left out if there are more than 4 guests booked to stay unless otherwise advised by guest. Just let your hosts know your preference before your arrival. And when it comes to getting ready for bed or going out in the morning, the bathroom features a modern style suite with a tub, shower, WC and wash basin.

PARKING
