The space

Located in the Razia Apartments block built in 2016, this contemporary home is full of stylish touches and is smartly presented throughout. Clearly the owners cherish the place and are proud to make it available to guests.

The lounge makes for a great place for everyone to socialise together. There’s a sofa in here which handily converts into an extra bed if you need it and offers a great view of the smart flat screen TV. Also, there’s a glass dining table that comfortably seats six, so if you’re planning a formal meal, or have brought back a takeaway, or want somewhere you can gather to work while you’re in Oxford, this is the place to do it.

Just beyond it, sliding patio doors lead out onto a spacious garden/terrace area which offers not only great views of Oxford, but also provides a handy outside space to which you can escape.

Moving back indoors, just off the lounge/dining area is the kitchen, its modern facilities proving how much more convenient it is staying somewhere like this as opposed to an Oxford hotel. You get your own washer/dryer and fridge/freezer here, plus tea and coffee making facilities.


Bedrooms
When sleep calls, all guests in this 3 bedroom Oxford apartment will discover the bedrooms are presented in a style that wouldn’t look out of place in an upmarket hotel. Care and attention has gone into every detail, ensuring the rooms are spacious and inviting with storage room, comfortable mattresses, puffed-up pillows and flatscreen televisions.

The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom plus a zip and link bed, which can be arranged as a super kingsize or two singles (ideal if you’re staying with work colleagues). Just let your hosts know how you’d like the beds to be arranged and it will be sorted.

The second bedroom can also be arranged with two single beds or a Kingsize double. Whoever stays in here is likely to have exclusive use of the family size bathroom, because the third bedroom, which features a double bed, has its own ensuite too. That makes 3 bathrooms in total, so there’s next to no chance of any guests having to wait long to freshen up in the morning or wind down after a busy day.

Another space that’s well worth a mention is the dedicated parking space that comes with the apartment. It certainly takes the hassle out of travelling around when you know you don’t have to worry about finding a space when you come back, so bring a car and enjoy the freedom!

With a modern contemporary feel of luxury as you walk through the flat you will find a living room with a sofa and a Large Flat-Screen Smart TV. Plus a dining area with Table and Chairs where you can eat and drink. High speed complimentary Wi-fi is included, meaning you can use the internet for work or leisure.

Just off from the lounge/dining area is a well equipped kitchen which offers all the modern facilities you would expect including a kettle, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, and finally tea and coffee making facilities. All cutlery and utensils including saucepans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses are provided should you wish to prepare any food on-site.

The ensuite's and the family bathroom, situated off the hallway, contains a shower-over-bath, basin and toilet, where fresh towels are provided, as well as Shampoo, Conditioner and shaving point.

As well as the premium quality linen, fluffy white towels and luxury toiletries supplied, we can also provide weekly cleaning and linen changes for longer staying guests.


Parking
The exterior of the property is quite striking from an architectural viewpoint exceptionally well-maintained, and on-site parking is available with a dedicated parking.

Guest access
This ground floor 3 bed Oxford apartment offers step-free access to the whole property, which will be exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. A lockbox system is in use, which is really easy and very handy. All will be explained when you confirm your booking.
